Main Level Equipped with tables for 40-50 people (maximum capacity). Both round and rectangular tables available. Padded chairs available. Approximate size 21' x 27'. | Lower Level(not available at this time) Equipped with antique bar which can be utilized by guests. Painted concrete floor with area rugs. Perfect for bachelor/bachelorette parties, game nights, dance parties, etc. Approximate size 21' x 27'. | Kitchen Equipped with refrigerator/freezer, stove with double oven, plate ware, flatware, some stoveware, microwave, and commercial coffeemaker. All equipment must be cleaned and returned to proper place after use. Approximate size 6' x 12'. |

Back Patio Newly constructed patio with grill. Can be used for outdoor grilling use or seated events. Directly adjacent to both backyard and ball field. Approximately size 20' x 40'. | Ball Field Classic small community ball field with backstop and fencing. Available to the community without reservation. | Back Yard Level grass yard. Approximately 1 acre. Perfect for outdoor activities, tents, weddings, and overflow parking. Directly adjacent to patio and ball field. |
